| Arrowleaf consists of two Alpine Lodges. Arrowleaf "A" contains 28 condominiums, configured as 2 and 3-Bedroom units, ranging from approximately 1316 to 1999 Square Feet. Arrowleaf "B" also contains 28 condominiums configured as 2 and 3-Bedroom units, but ranges in size from approximately 1540 to 1999 Square Feet. Arrowleaf is Ski-In / Ski-Out with the Lodges being located on the Silver Buck ski run a few yards from the Silver Strike Express Chairlift. Arrowleaf condominiums are Air Conditioned, and have Underground Heated Parking. Views from the Lodges encompass the Silver Lake Area of Upper Deer Valley, Flagstaff Mountain, Park City, and the Wasatch Mountain Range. |

The Shooting Star Lodge is located on the Silver Buck ski run, just a few steps from the Base Terminal of the Silver Strike Express high-speed Chairlift.
The Lodge contains a welcoming lobby with a stone fireplace, underground heated parking, private ski storage lockers, a lounge, and an on-site spa for owners' use.
Condominium Floorplans are configured as two, and three bedroom units, ranging in size from approximately 1,442 to 2,114 square feet.

The Silver Stike Lodge contains 33 luxury condominiums, configured as two, three, and four bedroom units. Sizes range from approximately 1,370 to 3,381 square feet.
The Lodge, being Ski-In / Ski-Out, is located adjacent to the Base Terminal of the Silver Strike Express Quad Chairlift, and the Silver Buck Ski Run.

The Grand Lodge at Empire Pass offers true mountain architectural design, with views of Park City and Deer Valley.
The Lodge contains 27 residential condominiums configured as either 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6-Bedroom units, and ranging in size from approximately 1,794 to 3,441 square feet. The property offers an owners lounge, fitness room, heated patio, grotto hot tub, a ski locker room, and sport storage lockers.
The Northside Express Chairlift is just outside the rear entrance door of the Lodge.
